our story
INT. ACADEMIC CENTER - DAY
Lower thirds: August 21st, 2019
SOL steps into the elevator, surrounded by new friends and floor-mates. The air hums with excitement as they prepare for a tour of their future home for the next four years.
JENO, also in the elevator, was racking his brain to find a way to make everyone laugh. His brilliant idea… jump! As the group begins to laugh Sol turns and watches him with a mix of curiosity and amusement, then steps up to him and gets on one knee and says:
SOL
Will you marry me?
Fade to Black.
Jeno and Sol’s story may not be straight out of a screenplay, and sure, the way they met might not be entirely accurate (depending on who’s telling it), but during the first year of their friendship, everyone else seemed to catch on to something… except them.
There were hour-long ping pong matches with no scoring, waddling around on Club Penguin during class, and countless adventures captured in Jeno’s vlogs (subscribe to Yens Bro).
By sophomore year, Jeno and Sol finally picked up on each other’s hints and started dating, something most people already assumed was happening.
Since graduating, they have been long distance for two years, navigating life in different cities. Now, after 4.5 years together filled with ups, downs, movies Sol somehow had never seen, musicals Jeno almost managed to avoid, and Poppo’s quesadillas, they’re now getting married in Vieques!
We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
